Early Life and Career

Aaron James Judge, born April 26, 1992, is an American professional baseball outfielder for the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball (MLB). Adopted as a child with his older brother, Judge graduated from Linden High School in California in 2010.

Judge was drafted by the New York Yankees in the first round of the 2013 MLB draft. He made his MLB debut in 2016 and quickly established himself as a rising star. In his rookie season, Judge broke the American League rookie home run record with 52.

In 2022, Judge had one of the greatest seasons in MLB history. He tied the American League single-season home run record of 61, set by Roger Maris in 1961. Judge also led the league in runs, on-base percentage, and slugging percentage.
